Here are the possible solutions:
1. Use the verification code feature (recommended)
We highly recommend using this method instead of asking for login info. The user will never forget their password because they never had one in the first place.
2. Contact the admin
You could add instructions in the description section of the login page asking the users to email the admin (you) for help. Then you can reset it manually.
3. Third-party automation
Building a workaround solution is also possible. You can ask users to submit a request by filling out a form. And then, using Airtable Automations or Zapier, automatically send them an email with another form allowing them to set a new password.
