The height for the cover image is 216px or higher. It will be stretched based on the screen size. While the form logo is always 208px in width.

To determine whether the image will appear pixelated in the form, zoom in on the image to see if it will lose its sharpness. It is strongly advised to use an image with a high pixel density to preserve sharpness and prevent pixelation.
