If you're seeing this message when you try to access your extension, it means that you didn't add any fields (in the case of a Form) or tables (in the case of a Portal or Shared View) to your extension configuration.
To resolve this, simply hit the Add button in the fields/tables section of your extension configuration to add a field or table.
