A couple of possible reasons to see this message:
The login info does not exist in the Users table.
The login info is incorrect (e.g. there's an extra space at the end).
If your login fields may contain spaces at the beginning or end (either in the actual data in Airtable, or when the user enters their credentials), you can turn on Ignore leading/trailing whitespace to log them in regardless.
