All of our current plans are priced per extension, meaning you can create as many extensions as you like. All of our current paid plans offer unlimited records for all extensions. There are some other restrictions depending on the plan you are on, however:

Form, Portal, and Shared View extensions cannot be shared with the public. The workspace owner and collaborators can use the extensions to test them out internally, but they cannot be shared externally on the free plan.
The Bulk Download Attachments extension is limited to processing 10 records.
Some extensions are not supported on the free plan (e.g. CSV Exporter).

Legacy Plans
Some of our legacy plans have limits on extension creation. You can check the homepage of the admin page to see the number of extensions per base. There are no limits on the number of child forms in any of the paid plans.
