Why is the PDF copy of the contract not showing up in the attachment field after signing?

The API webhook endpoint is most likely not saved in the eSignatures.io settings. Please make sure to go to your eSignature.io account, then go to "API" at the right top, and set your webhook URL to: https://web.miniextensions.com/api/esignatures-webhook.
