How can I ensure that users enter only valid email addresses?

When using "Email" type fields on a form, email addresses entered will automatically be validated to ensure proper formatting (e.g. no spaces, needs an @ and a valid domain). If you do not want to enforce proper formatting, you'd need to use a different field type in Airtable (e.g. Single Line Text).
