You can use our Video Player automation to generate shareable URLs that let anyone view video files stored in your Airtable attachment fields. Here's how:
1. Select the Airtable Table containing your video attachments.
2. Select the Attachments Field — the attachment field containing the video files you'd like to generate player URLs for.
3. Copy the generated Video Player URL Formula and paste it into a new formula field in your Airtable table. The formula generates up to 5 shareable video URLs per record (one for each of the first 5 files in the attachment field).
4. Optional: Click Try Out Formula to test that your URLs are working.
Video URLs from Airtable may expire. If a video does not load, try refreshing the page to get a fresh URL.
