Our 'Generate QR Codes for Records' automation can be used to create QR codes for your records in bulk!
Setup
In Airtable, prepare a text or URL field containing the link each QR code should open, plus a separate attachment field for the generated QR images.
Create this automation and select the Airtable base and table you want to use.
Set URL Field to the field containing your links, then set QR Codes Attachments Field to the attachment field that will receive the QR codes.
Review Processing Behavior if the output field already contains values. Only choose to overwrite data you intend to replace.
In Run, limit processing to a view containing one or two test records. Run the automation and scan a generated QR code to check that it opens the intended link before processing more records.
