Select fields have two different styles you can choose from:
Dropdown: Available options are displayed in a dropdown that is displayed when the field is selected.
List: All available options are shown on the form at once.
Single and multiple select fields added to forms use the List option when the Airtable field has three or fewer options, and the Dropdown style when it has more than three.
