By default, the view only loads the first 100 records from Airtable. Then it shows you an option to "load more" below the table. If you'd like to ensure that important records (e.g. newest) appear on the top, make sure to "sort" your view to prioritize which records show up on the first page.
Map and Calendar views automatically load additional pages of matching records rather than stopping at the first 100. Your view filters and record-access rules still apply.
