By default, the attachment field in the form displays files as thumbnails, which can take up a significant amount of space when there are multiple files. You can change the way it is displayed by going to:
Form Fields
Click in the Attachment field.
Attachment Style section
Set Display Mode to Icon
This mode is considerably smaller compared to the thumbnail view and is particularly useful for files that do not have a preview available.
