We do not have a built-in feature for this use case. However, there is a workaround for this use case. You can follow the instructions below:
Create a field in Airtable that will serve to identify what form created the record.
Create the form
When sending out the link to your form, make sure to prefill the newly created field with a value that will help you identify which form created the record.
