How to compress attachments into a ZIP file

Create the Compress Attachments to ZIP automation, then select your Airtable base and table.

Prepare two different attachment fields: one containing the files you want to include, and one for the resulting ZIP. Each record produces its own archive.

Use our 'Compress Attachments to ZIP' automation to merge multiple attachments into a single ZIP file. To set it up:

Limit the run to a view containing one or two sample records, then run the automation. Download and open the sample ZIP to confirm that the expected files are included. Use distinct filenames for files that need to be kept separately.

Before processing more records, review the existing-data handling setting, especially if your output field already contains files.
