You can get the Form URL from the Builder toolbar in either of these ways:
Select Share. Use Copy URL for the main Form URL. If the Form allows editing existing records, use Get Edit URL for the Airtable formula that generates a unique URL for each record. You can learn more about how to set this up here.
Select Open Form, then copy the URL from the browser's address bar.
