You can customize the title of your form in several ways to suit your needs. The following options are available in the Form Title setting, which can be found by hovering over the form header in the preview and clicking on the gear icon:
Extension Name: Automatically use the extension name as the header title.
Static Title: Manually enter a specific title for your form.
Airtable Field: Select an Airtable field as the form title. The header will then update dynamically based on the field’s value.
No Title: Choose to hide the form header title entirely.
