How can I display a filter as a dropdown in the portal?

I want to display a dropdown filter in my portal for users to easily filter records.

This is only applicable to single and multi-selection fields. To use this, you need to go to:

  1. Portal Tables

  2. Click on one of the tables

  3. User Actions section

  4. Turn on the Filter button toggle

  5. Turn on the Dropdown filters toggle

This is how it appears within the portal:

💡 Note: For a single-select field, the dropdown uses the is condition with one selected option. For a multi-select field, it uses has any of.
