The configured record order comes from the selected Airtable view or custom sort settings. You can find these options by going to:
Tables
Select a table
Select a view in the Views section
Under Filter and Sort, choose the source and sort settings as described in Configuring predefined views.
A view without an Airtable view can still use a custom sort. If neither an Airtable view nor a custom sort is applied, there is no explicit configured sort.
Manual sorting options are also available for the portal user, if the appropriate toggle is enabled in the User Actions section. An active end-user sort takes precedence over the configured order.
The Interface also allows you to select which Airtable views you want to display during the creation process.
