You can easily distinguish the purpose of a certain extension if you add a description on it other than the name of the extension. To set this, you need to go to:
Extension setting page.
Click the name of the extension
Select Edit Description.
The description will appear beside the extension name afterward.
This will also show up in the extension list dashboard.
