By choosing the Run once per day option in the Schedule Runs, you can ensure that the extension automatically runs only once within a 24-hour period. When you initially create the extension and it has no previous run history, it will execute the moment you set a Schedule Runs, establishing a reference point for future runs.
For example, if the extension was last executed yesterday at 8 AM, the next run will occur today at 8 AM based on the established schedule. This ensures that the extension runs consistently at the same time each day, maintaining a predictable schedule for its execution. However, if you manually trigger the run at a different time, it will no longer use 8:30 AM as a reference.
